Return & Refund Policy:


All items are subject to Return and Replacement if the received items are damaged or defective (from Factory). As follows:

  1. In the case replacing damaged items, the item will be replaced with a new unit of the same type and specifications (to match the customer’s order). If the item is out of stock or no longer available Gizmooz will process a full refund*.

  2. Due to hygienic reasons, beauty products and clothing are not subject to any return, replacement or refund, unless found defective within (5) days.

The Original invoice is required to benefit from return and warranty services.

Product returns are only valid within five (5) days of the date of delivery (if the received items are damaged or defective).  

In a case of product damage, Gizmooz provides a free of charge delivery service to its customers. In which it will collect the faulty device from the buyer’s location and deliver it to the repair centre and back.

Once we have received the unit back, we will process inspection for replacement or refund. Following an inspection by our technician on product packing condition, complete accessories set, and product technical check, line manager will approve/reject return for replacement or refund.

Replacement product will be shipped / handed over to you following the mode of return and location selected. We will not replace a product with a different model unless stock of the original product is not available. In such circumstance, we will request your permission before processing.

To collect the defective unit our courier representative will contact you within 5-10 days from the day you requested a return.


*As Gizmooz only offer cash on delivery service, thus all refunds will be refunded in the form of Gizmooz gift voucher, allowing you to easily make new purchases on


Order Cancellation:


Cancellation by Gizmooz: reserves the right to cancel the order due to any of the following reason:

  1. In the case of customers delay or refrain of collecting their order (Cash on Delivery).  “Home Delivery”

  2. Incorrect/ inaccurate delivery address or contact details given by the customer.


Cancellation by Customer:


To process the cancellation of an order, please contact us. You can cancel the order due to any of the following reason:

  1. The product/service(s) are not yet shipped to you. In case of cancellation, after the order has been shipped to you, cancellation fees will apply. We have the full right to demonstrate whether an order has been shipped to you by the time of your cancellation request.

  2. We are unable to procure / deliver the product/service(s) in a reasonable time; that is (10) working days from the date we confirmed your order.
