. ﻭ ﻳﺠﺐ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻌﻤﻼﺀ ﺍﻻﺗﺼﺎﻝ ﺑﻬﻢ ﻣﺒﺎﺷﺮﺓ ﻟﺘﻠﻘﻲ ﺧﺪﻣﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻀﻤﺎﻥ ﻭﻓﻘﺎ ﻟﻠﻘﻮﺍﻋﺪ ﻭﺍﻟﻠﻮﺍﺋﺢ

.ﻳﻘﺪﻡ ﺍﻟﻀﻤﺎﻥ ﻋﻦ ﻃﺮﻳﻖ ﺍﺳﺘﺒﺪﺍﻝ ﻗﻄﻊ ﺍﻟﻐﻴﺎﺭ ﺍﻟﺘﺎﻟﻔﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺣﺎﻟﺔ ﻭﺟﻮﺩ ﻋﻴﺐ ﻣﻦ  ﺍﻟﻤﺼﻨﻊ. ﻭﻟﻴﺲ ﺑﺎﻟﻀﺮﻭﺭﺓ ﺑﺎﺳﺘﺒﺪﺍﻝ ﺍﻟﺠﻬﺎﺯ ﺃﻭ ﺍﺳﺘﺮﺩﺍﺩ ﻗﻴﻤﺘﻪ

.ﺟﺰﻣﻮﺯ ﺗﻮﻓﺮ ﺧﺪﻣﺔ ﻣﺠﺎﻧﻴﺔ ﻷﺧﺬ ﺍﻷﺟﻬﺰﺓ ﺍﻟﺘﺎﻟﻔﺔ ﻭ ﺇﺻﻼﺣﻬﺎ، ﺛﻢ ﺇﻳﺼﺎﻟﻬﺎ ﻣﺮﺓ ﺃﺧﺮﻯ ﻟﻠﻤﺸﺘﺮﻱ

.ﻳﺠﺐ ﺍﻋﺎﺩﺓ ﺟﻤﻴﻊ ﺍﻟﻮﺣﺪﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﻤﺴﺘﺮﺟﻌﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺣﺎﻟﺘﻬﺎ ﺍﻻﺻﻠﻴﺔ، ﺑﻜﺎﻣﻞ ﻋﻠﺒﻬﺎ ﻭ ﻣﻜﻤﻼﺗﻬﺎ

.ﻳﺘﻢ ﺍﺳﺘﺮﺟﺎﻉ ﺍﻟﻤﻨﺘﺠﺎﺕ ﻓﻲ ﺣﺎﻻﺕ ﺍﻻﻋﻄﺎﻝ ﻭ ﺍﻟﺨﻠﻞ ﺍﻟﻤﺼﻨﻌﻲ ﻓﻘﻂ

.ﻳﺘﻢ ﺍﻟﺘﺒﻠﻴﻎ ﻋﻦ ﺍﻻﻋﻄﺎﻝ ﻻﺳﺘﺮﺟﺎﻉ ﺍﻟﻤﻨﺘﺞ ﺧﻼﻝ ٥ ﺍﻳﺎﻡ ﻣﻦ ﻳﻮﻡ ﺍﺳﺘﻼﻡ ﺍﻟﻄﻠﺐ

.ﻓﻲ ﺣﺎﻝ ﺍﻻﺳﺘﺮﺟﺎﻉ ﺳﻴﺘﻢ ﺍﻟﺘﻮﺍﺻﻞ ﻣﻊ ﺍﻟﻤﺸﺘﺮﻱ ﻣﻦ ﻗﺒﻞ ﻓﺮﻳﻖ ﺍﻟﺘﻮﺻﻴﻞ ﻻﺳﺘﻼﻡ ﺍﻟﻮﺣﺪﺓ ﺧﻼﻝ ٥-١٠ ﺍﻳﺎﻡ ﻣﻦ ﺗﻘﺪﻳﻢ ﺍﻟﺒﻼﻍ

.ﺳﻴﺘﻢ ﺗﺤﻮﻳﻞ ﺍﻟﻮﺣﺪﺓ ﻟﻠﺼﻴﺎﻧﻪ ﻭ ﺗﻘﻴﻴﻤﻬﺎ ﻭ ﻣﻦ ﺑﻌﺪﻫﺎ ﻳﺘﻢ ﺗﺒﻠﻴﻎ ﺍﻟﻤﺸﺘﺮﻱ ﺍﻣﺎ ﺑﺘﺰﻭﻳﺪﻩ ﺑﻮﺣﺪﺓ ﺟﺪﻳﺪﺓ ﺍﻭ ﺭﺩ ﺍﻟﻤﺒﻠﻎ ﻟﻪ

.ﺍﺫﺍ ﻟﻢ ﺗﻜﻦ ﺍﻟﻮﺣﺪﺍﺕ ﻗﺎﺑﻠﻪ ﻟﻼﺳﺘﺮﺟﺎﻉ (ﺴﺒﺐ ﻧﻘﺺ ﺍﻟﻘﻄﻊ ﻭ ﺍﻟﻤﻜﻤﻼﺕ، ﺳﻮﺀ ﺍﻻﺳﺘﺨﺪﺍﻡ، ﻋﺪﻡ ﻭﺟﻮﺩ ﺍﻟﻌﻠﺒﺔ) ﺳﻴﺘﻢ ﺍﻋﻼﻡ ﺍﻟﻌﻤﻴﻞ ﻭ ﺍﻋﺎﺩﺓ ﺍﻟﻘﻄﻊ ﺍﻟﻴﻪ ﻣﺮﻩ ﺍﺧﺮﻯ ﻣﻊ ﺭﺳﻮﻡ ﺍﻻﺳﺘﻼﻡ ﻭ ﺍﻟﺘﻮﺻﻴﻞ ٢٥ ﺭﻳﺎﻝ

.ﻣﺤﺎﻭﻻﺕ ﺇﺻﻼﺡ ﺍﻟﺠﻬﺎﺯ ﺍﻟﻐﻴﺮ ﻣﺼﺮﺡ ﺑﻬﺎ ﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﻗﺪ ﺗﺆﺩﻱ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺗﻠﻒ ﺍﻟﺠﻬﺎﺯ، ﻓﻀﻼ ﻋﻦ ﺍﺳﺘﺨﺪﺍﻡ ﻗﻄﻊ ﺫﺍﺕ ﻣﻌﺎﻳﻴﺮ ﻣﺨﺎﻟﻔﺔ ﻟﻠﻤﻌﺎﻳﻴﺮ ﺍﻟﺴﻌﻮﺩﻳﺔ ﻟﻠﻤﻮﺍﺻﻔﺎﺕ ﻭﺍﻟﻤﻘﺎﻳﻴﺲ ﻭﺍﻟﺠﻮﺩﺓ ﻳﺴﻘﻂ ﺣﻘﻮﻕ ﺍﻟﻀﻤﺎﻥ

.التعسف في استخدام أو إساءة استخدام المنتج في غير الغرض المخصص له أو بطريقة تخالف تعليمات صانعه للتشغيل والصيانة

الضرر الذي يصيب المنتج بسبب الشحن الزائد عن المقرر لبطاريته والإخفاق في استخدامه طبقاً للتعليمات الأساسية الواردة في كتيب المستخدم الخاص به أو شحن الجهاز باستخدام شاحن غير معتمد

Introduction:

 

All electronic devices sold at www.gizmooz.com are warranted for a maximum of two years expect for accessories & peripherals.

The device’s warranty is provided by the manufacturer or their Agent/Importer and the customer must contact them directly to receive warranty services as per the rules & regulations.

Warranty is provided by replacing defective spare parts in case of a factory defect and not necessarily by replacing the device or refunding its value.

Misuse of the device or not following the proper usage instructions as provided in the device manual found inside the box or the instructions given on webpages or digital agreements upon the device’s activation will void the warranty.

Breakage or physical damage as well as exposing the device to external elements such as liquids, humidity or extreme temperatures will void the warranty.

Unauthorized repair attempts that result in damaging the device as well as using non-SASO certified spare parts will void the warranty.

Gizmooz will replace devices with a manufacturing defect with a similar item within 5 days of the purchase date in the following cases:

  • Device must be free of scratches or signs of misuse.

Gizmooz provides a free of charge delivery service to its customers which will collect the faulty device from your home to repair centre and back.

Once we have received the unit back, we will process inspection for replacement or refund. Following an inspection by our technician on product packing condition, complete accessories set, and product technical check, line manager will approve/reject return for replacement or refund.

Replacement product will be shipped / handed-over to you following the mode of return and location selected. We will not replace a product with a different model unless stock of the original product is not available. In such circumstance, we will request your permission before processing.

 

Warranty Legal Terms and Conditions:


The warranty is valid only on the presence of serial no.of the product. Gizmooz.com reserves the right to refuse warranty if this information has been removed or changed after the original purchase of the product from the dealer. Obligations are limited to repair of the defect or replacement the defective part or at its discretion replacement or refund according to market price of the product itself. Warranty repairs must be carried out by a gizmooz.com Authorized Service Centre. Warranty cover will be void, even if a repair has been attempted by any unauthorized service centre. Gizmooz.com shall not be liable for reimbursements, claims and damages that may result from the unauthorized repair of the product. Repair or replacement under the terms of this warranty does not provide right to extension or renewal of the warranty period. Repair or direct replacement of the product under the terms of this warranty may be full filled with functionally equivalent service exchange units.

 

The Warranty Does Not Cover the Following:

 

Periodic checks, maintenance, repair and replacement of parts due to normal wear and tear, replacement of consumables such as batteries, light bulbs, fuses, antennas, headphones, microphones, cables and recording heads.

Abuse or misuse, including but not solely limited to the failure to use this product for its normal purposes or in accordance with gizmooz.com's instructions on usage and maintenance. Defects resulting from usage of the product in conjunction with accessories that are not approved by gizmooz.com for use with this product.

Failure of the product arising from incorrect installation or use not consistent with the instructions and technical or safety standards prescribed in the product user manual. Accidents, Acts of God, lightning, water, fire, public disturbances, improper ventilation, voltage fluctuations or any cause beyond the control of gizmooz.com.

Unauthorized modifications carried out to the product in order to comply with local or international technical standards in countries for which this gizmooz.com product was not originally designed.

Damage of the battery caused by overcharging or failure to use in accordance with the specific instructions of core outlined in the product user manual. The serial no. on the product has been altered, deleted, removed or made illegible.

The batteries are charged by chargers other than those approved by Manufacturer. Any of the seals on the battery enclosure or cells are broken or show evidence of tampering.

This warranty is not transferable. This warranty will be the purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy and gizmooz.com shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages or breach of any express or implied warranty of this product.

Gizmooz.com shall not be liable for the loss of any saved/stored data in products that are either repaired or replaced.

Warranty Information:

All electronic devices sold at www.gizmooz.net are warranted for a maximum of two years. Accessories & peripherals are warranted for a maximum of one year.

Warranty does not cover the misuse, abuse, incorrect charging or failure to comply with the below warnings and guidelines.

Not following the product manual found inside the box, the instructions given on webpages or digital agreements upon the device’s activation will void the warranty.

If the device is sold by a seller on gizmooz.net and not sold by Gizmooz itself, then the warranty will be provided by the manufacturer or their Agent/Importer, and the customer must contact them directly to receive warranty services as per the rules & regulations.

The warranty is provided by replacing defective parts, and not necessarily by replacing the device or refunding its value.

Breakage or physical damage as well as exposing the device to external elements such as liquids, humidity or extreme temperatures will void the warranty.

Unauthorized repair attempts that result in damaging products as well as using non-SASO certified spare parts will void the warranty.

All returned items must be shipped back in their original condition, e.g with packaging, and with all accessories.

Product returns are only available for damaged or defective products.

Returns should be reported within five (5) days from the date of delivery (if the received items are damaged or defective).

To collect the defective unit our courier representative will contact you within 5-10 days from the day you requested a return.

Once we have received the unit back, we will process inspection for replacement or refund. Following an inspection by our technician on product packing condition, complete accessories set, and product technical check, line manager will approve/reject return for replacement or refund.

If the products are not fit to be accepted for return, you will be duly notified and we will send the goods back to your address with cash on delivery charges of SAR 25 that will include shipping for pickup, re-shipping and cash on delivery charges of the latest airway bill.

The faulty product will be collected from the customer to be repaired and delivered back to them free of charge.

In case of a refund only the amount of the purchased products will be refunded through a bank transfer, and that will not include any delivery chargers.

All charging accessories are under the following warranty rules:

ONLY use original/certified accessories (cables, wall plugs…etc) with your devices.

ALWAYS inspect the battery/ charger to ensure there are no signs of damage, deformity, or swelling before charging. If there are, STOP charging and contact customer support at once at info@gizmooz.com

NEVER charge batteries unattended. Always remain in constant observation of the charging process & react to potential problems that may occur.

NEVER leave your device charging overnight. It will lead to overcharging that might result in a shorter device life or battery accidents.

If the battery heats, allow it to cool down to ambient temperature before charging.

ALWAYS charge batteries away from combustible materials/ sources of heat such as heat or flame.

DON’T charge on surfaces that can catch fire – this includes: wood, cloth, or carpet.

STORE batteries in a cool, dry place between 40-80°F. NEVER store batteries in any locations that can exceed these temperatures such as a vehicle, garage, or in the sun.

ALWAYS check the charging voltage that your device is compatible with. Do not charge your device with higher voltage than the device can handle. As follows:

               For charging cases the maximum is 1A to 1.8A

               For power banks 1A to 2A

For long-term storage, do not store them fully charged; it is recommended to fully charge and then discharge it to 50-60% of their capacity.

Warranty Not Applicable

The warranty does not apply in the following circumstances:

If a repair has been attempted by any service centre not authorized by the product seller; physical damage i.e. product presenting clear signs of damage like broken screens, heavy dents, bent products, that can prevent a product from functioning properly; liquid damage i.e. any situation involving the submersion or splashing of an electronic device in any liquid/or when water indicator (if any inside the device) changes colour.

Original software alteration or modification.

If there has been use of non-original accessories with your purchased product.

If the serial number is removed from the product.

Where there has been abuse or misuse of the product e.g. by not using it for its intended purpose or not in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions on usage and maintenance.

Where there has been damage of a product’s battery caused by overcharging, failure to use in accordance with the specific instructions of core outlined in product user manual or where charged by chargers other than those approved by manufacturer.
